Located relatively close to the airport, it's just a 400 PHP taxi ride away. the hotel is situated right on Roxas Boulevard, providing incredible views of Manila Bay. Plus, it's conveniently near the main bars of Ermita, including LA Cafe.
Limited soundproofing from the windows can be a downside for light sleepers.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel located right on Roxas Boulevard with incredible views of Manila Bay. The location was perfect, being right next to the entertainment district and within walking distance to Robinson's mall. The staff were polite, attentive, and provided all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms with a view of the bay were just as shown on the pictures of their website, and it was great to have a kitchen in the room. Additionally, the included breakfast was a nice touch and added value to the overall experience.
All was fine, no improvements needed.

The hotel I stayed at during Christmas had a kitchenette and comfortable bed which was nice. It was located in a great spot with plenty of things to do in walking distance. Being able to walk around and take in the scenery was a real treat.
The room was infested with cockroaches which was overwhelming. The heat was unbearable and even with the air conditioning unit in the room, it couldn't keep up.

Great location near shops and restaurants, and beautiful bay views from the rooms. the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. One of the best aspects was the morning and evening walks at the nearby bay walk. the comfortable and clean rooms were something that one would really appreciate.
The hotel doesn't have great soundproofing, so it can get noisy at times, and this might be a turn-off for some guests who seek peace and quiet. There were a few maintenance issues with the room's furniture, which could have been improved.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Located right on Roxas Boulevard, it offers breathtaking views of the bay. The rooms are spacious and come with a kitchen, making it convenient for longer stays. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. Plus, the breakfast is included in the already affordable rate.
All was fine, no improvements needed.
